Marsha joined "Team Carothers" in November of 2001. Her role within Matt's organization is primarily of client service and co-managing the administration for insurance applications. She is the primary contact for insurance applicants and will walk them through the process. Marsha has her state insurance license and is also securities registered. She feels that her role in the team, of client service, fits her spiritual gifts as Marsha has always found pleasure in performing acts of service for others.
In 2008 Marsha was the recepient of the Commitment to Excellence Award at the Northwestern Mutual 151st annual meeting. The award recognizes exceptional field staff that demonstrates commitment to the growth and success of the financial representatives within their network office.
Marsha is a lifetime resident of Columbus, where she lives with her husband Jim, and where her two beautiful young grandchildren live. Marsha is an active member of her church, where she participates in the Elementary Sunday School program and is a Stephens Minister. She also volunteers as an on-call chaplain at the hospital and is active in her local sorority Kappa Kappa Sigma.

Scott has joined "Team Carothers" as our Investment Assistant. Scott is a graduate of Ball State University. Scott brings with him over 10 years of experience in the securities industry including the last 5 years with Northwestern Mutual - Indiana. Scott holds multiple security licenses as well as the Chartered Financial Consultant designation. Scott resides in Indianapolis with his wife Sonya, son Toby and their Chocolate Lab Hoiberg.
Scott is responsible for processing and servicing our new and existing clients with Northwestern Mutual Investment products.

Tonya joined "Team Carothers in June 2011. Her role within Matt's organization is primarily scheduling of clients apptionments, marketing and client service work. She is the primary contact when client's need to schedule a review. Tonya has her state insurance license and is in the process of being securities registered. Tonya has lived in Columbus for the past 18 years with her husband Andy and their son Tyler. She has 20 years of previous banking experience before starting to work for "Team Carothers". She is a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church and enjoys spending time with her family.
